Accessibility Statement

This statement concerns the Start Booking Services operated by Liaison, Inc.

Request assistance or report a barrier

If you have difficulty using a Start Booking page or feature, email support@startbooking.com with subject “Accessibility assistance.” Tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered, and a preferred way to reply. Browser/device and assistive-technology details are helpful if you wish to share them. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary medical information.

You can ask for help obtaining information or completing a task in an accessible alternative format. We will consider the request and work with you on available assistance. We do not promise a specific resolution time or that every requested solution will be feasible. For an urgent appointment change or an issue with a Merchant’s service, also contact that Merchant using its published contact details.

Our approach

We aim to make Start Booking usable by people with disabilities and to consider accessibility when maintaining our Services. Feedback helps identify barriers. We have not established through a complete audit that every page meets a particular WCAG version or conformance level, and this statement is not a certification. No perfect-accessibility guarantee is made.

This statement does not replace testing, remediation, reasonable assistance or other obligations under applicable accessibility law. It does not claim an exemption from those obligations. The support inbox is monitored; use it to request assistance or report a barrier. Reporting a problem does not itself guarantee that a particular alternative or remediation is already available.

Merchant and third-party content

Merchants may supply text, images and booking settings, and some functions depend on third-party tools. Their accessibility may vary. Please report barriers involving those functions so we can assess available steps, including coordination with the relevant provider where appropriate. Third-party involvement does not eliminate Start Booking’s own legal responsibilities.
